The Q-2100R Flash Fill system represents a state-of-the-art monomer dispensing system. The Flash Fill system is connected to the Q-2100R via computer cables and is controlled by the Q-2100R's computer system. When the Rx is dialed into the Q-2100R a command is transmitted to the Flash Fill system and a rapid heating process begins. By only heating enough monomer to produce each pair of lenses as needed, the process is both fast and efficient.
